An annual fixed sum is payable in twelve monthly increments.

MCL has generated savings in excess of £250k by upgrading controls and heating equipment. The north-eastern sites have some of the lowest heating costs in the Group.

A close working partnership enables MCL and the Arriva management to identify reduction opportunities. For instance, metering technology is being installed on all utility supplies, allowing increased client control and monitoring.
