Renolit, an international manufacturer of decorative surfacing materials wanted to install a new energy centre and improve energy efficiency at their Head Office in Cramlington. The solution combined a boiler installation,
as well as a service contract.

The project included two steam boilers (with economizers), chimney, and gas infrastructure and associated works. The service contract encompassed plant operation & maintenance, replacement warranty, 24/7 emergency call out, guaranteeing steam at an underwritten efficiency.

Renolit benefit from increased steam reliability and reduced energy costs. The project payback is anticipated to be approximately
two-and-a-half years.
