MCL Energy has a long term partnership with Northern College. The cost effective solution was achieved through a combination of planned preventative maintenance and replacement of aging equipment.

The site has a mixture of natural gas and biomass heating serving both teaching and residential areas of the College. The scope of the contract includes heating, M&E items, domestic hot water (DHW) and the Building Management System [BMS]. The College monitors performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
