MCL Energy operates an in-house Engineering Apprenticeship Scheme which provides structured on-the-job training, together with a formal College-based course.
The scheme has been operating for over 5 years and we currently have several apprenticeships in place.
We also have openings for field service engineers, administrators and customer account managers from time to time.
