MCL Energy 'Highly Educated' at Stamford Endowed Schools


Stamford Endowed Schools (SES) renewed an enhanced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Services contract with MCL Energy across the three sites and totaling 30 buildings. Stamford Endowed Schools guide boys and girls through their education from ages 2 to 18.

The building services comprise planned heating, ventilating and air conditioning maintenance 24/7, together with site energy management utilising Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and a guaranteed reduction of 10% in heating costs over the life of the contract. 

The enhanced M&E contract includes the new £6 million Sports Centre building asset maintenance, water hygiene services (incl. Legionella), BEMS support and 7 plant room energy efficient condensing boiler installations
