A University Hospital extended MCL Energy existing long term steam services contract to roll out a series of plant investment initiatives including the installation of boiler economisers and upgrading of the existing burner control systems. These plant improvements are an integral part of the Trusts rolling capital programme. The 10 year contract provides the Trust with reliability and MCL Energy with work looking ahead into the mid 2020's

The Solution

Hamworthy Envirojet combustion equipment was upgraded to the latest high efficiency digital combustion controls. The upgrade delivers energy and efficiency savings to the Trust.
