MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY

Managing Director - Jason Perry. Degree educated with over 2-decades of experience within the marketplace. Started with MCL Energy in 1997 on a graduate scheme. Outside of work he occupies his time tinkering with motorcycles, riding MTB and hiking in the wolds of Yorkshire.

Engineering H&S Manager – Bill Black. Bill joined the Company in 2004 and prior to his current role was NE Supervisor managing mostly steam contracts from the North East and Central areas. Bill has extensive knowledge of steam plant engineering and was a Marine propulsion engineer prior to re-joining “civvy street” and entering the UK industrial steam forum. He has a particular interest in H&S and having worked for a long period with some multinational clients and is especially knowledgeable In safe systems of work. In his spare time Bill enjoys the odd holiday or two to soak up the sun with his good lady!

Technical sales and service AC & Refrigeration - Craig Patman. Craig has worked for almost 30-years with the Company and started his apprenticship with Mansfield Refrigeration AC [acquired by MCL in 2011] and has worked on the tools 20 years with the last 10 years in the office on technical sales and service support. Outside of work Craig is kept very busy by his twin boys!

Service Delivery Manager - Vanessa Goreham. Vanessa joined the company 6-years ago in service support after spending 11 years a forgein exchange currency account manager and now runs the help desk, deliver services. When not at work Vanessa looks after her daughter, likes walking, baking and being "creative".

Commercial Contracts Manager - Adrian Durose. Over 15-years exprience in commercial heating systems and installations. Always hard working and enthusiastic Adrian keeps busy outside of work with his young family and an occasional visit to the gym so he tells us but we wonder where he gets the time as he is always at work!?!

Industrial Contracts Manager - Alex Percy. Worked since 1987 started apprentice then operations and contracts support. Over 30 years extensive technical experience particularly with steam plant and associated systems. Outside of extensive work hours Alex spends time "tweaking" a variety of 80's Japanese motorcycles.

Finance Manager - Emma Peace. Emma joined the Company in 2020. She is CIMA qualified for over 10 years and has experience with a number of large corporate companies. She provides detailed financial information including management accounts, P&L and budgets. She is dedicated and hardworking at all times - a great asset to the Company.
