We recently completed the second energy centre project of 2025 at existing clients whom had ageing boiler houses and were in need of upgrades
The first in North Yorkshire was a complete new boiler house from the clients newly laid foundation to include new portal energy centre, new 5,000kg steam boiler, hotwell, steam header, water treatment plant, chimney and all associated M&E works. The client can now serve his new production lines knowing that they have upgraded and increased steam capacity for such purpose
The second energy centre was at our existing client in the North West and slightly larger in scale to provide a turnkey design and build energy centre including foundations, piling, gas membranes and new 7,000kg hydrogen enabled steam boiler plant operating at elevated pressures. These works were completed and commissioned in Oct 2025 after the project phase completion.
Both clients can now benefit from our design and build solutions ensuring that they have the most modern, efficient steam boiler systems available in the UK of which will serve their production requirements for the next 3 decades!
