Back in 2019 one of the UK’s leading outsourced leisure management companies decided that due to an ad-hoc regional approach to the maintenance and compliance regimes and increased plant breakdowns the Regional Technical Manager decided to contract one company for all heating and cooling services.
The Solution
After market testing and MCL’s pre-contract asset and dilapidation surveys, we were selected as the main HVAC provider. Since this time all gas compliance and majority AC & AHU service is completed cost effectively and on-time throughout the 40+ leisure and fitness centres.
